WOWMOTIVE provides fleet operations software including web dashboard access and related mobile applications for authorized users. Specific modules available to a customer depend on the commercial agreement and company configuration.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify WOWMOTIVE promptly of unauthorized access.

You may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform integrity, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

Operational data you submit (including fleet, driver, dispatch, and billing information) remains subject to your agreement with WOWMOTIVE and our Privacy Policy.

The WOWMOTIVE name, logo, software, and site content are owned by WOWMOTIVE or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in a customer agreement.

The public website is provided for informational purposes. Platform availability, features, and performance for paying customers are governed by the applicable service agreement. [Legal to complete warranty / liability language.]
